Beginners yoga
An alignment focused class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses allowing you to build strength, flexibility and leave feeling relaxed. This is a perfect beginners yoga class which is also suitable for those working with injuries or those who would prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

yoga flow
Yoga flow also known as vinyasa flow classes Is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses. There is something very nurturing about moving with the breath as we enjoy finding balance, strength and flexibility in our poses. Yoga flow classes are diverse with opportunities to work with more advanced postures in a playful way and build up a sweat. Each class will be suitable for all levels with modifications given throughout and will always include a deep relaxation at the end. Complete Bliss.

gentle yoga flow
This class offers a soft, accessible flow designed to build flexibility, release tension, and cultivate inner calm. We’ll move slowly and mindfully through simple sequences, with a focus on breath, body awareness, and smooth transitions.
Perfect for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone craving a slower, more nurturing experience. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and balanced—inside and out.
All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout to support your body’s unique needs.

Intermediates Yoga
A fun and challenging practice! Expect flowing movements, playful transitions and an opportunity to safely attempt more advanced poses and inversions. This class will greatly increase your strength and flexibility whilst encouraging you to detach from the ego and work with your inner guru. Our strongest class of the week. Modifications will be given and each student is encourage to rest as much as they wish

ashtanga
Pattabhi Jois brought this to the modern world, this dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronises breath to movement to produce internal heat designed to purify the body. Expect lots of vinyasas! It is amazing for building core strength and toning the body, it isn’t however just physically challenging it is also a mental challenge. Ashtanga is a set sequence, which allows you to practice non attachment and allow the practice to become a moving meditation (albeit not an easy one!) This class will give you a good understanding of where yoga asana began. You will leave the class feeling purified, lighter, ready to take on the world and perhaps an Ashtanga addict!

MANDALA YOGA
A creative, flowing yoga practice which moves around the mat in a circular 360 degrees pattern. Combining breath-led movement, strength, balance and mobility. Expect dynamic sequences, mindful transitions and a fresh perspective on your practice each time you step onto your mat.

Strength meets softness. Breath meets balance.
Yogalates blends the core-strengthening focus of Pilates with the fluid movement and mindful stretches of Yoga, creating a balanced, full-body practice that leaves you feeling both strong and centred.
This class is designed to improve:

Breath awareness and body connection
Strength without tension
Expect a gently energising flow, with options to suit all levels. We’ll move through a combination of dynamic Pilates-inspired sequences and grounding yoga postures, finishing with mindful relaxation to restore and reset. Suitable for all levels – no experience needed
Pilates
Pilates focuses on improving core strength and muscular imbalances, based on controlled movements.
Just like Yoga, the benefits include improved flexibility, posture and balance and in comparison to other more traditional and strenuous forms of exercise and significantly reduces the chance of injury. Initially there were 34 fundamental exercises that aimed the complete coordination of the mind, body and spirit. These exercises have been developed over the years, but regardless of different approaches the six key principles have remained and are followed in each class, they encompass, control, concentration, powerhouse-centring, breathing, precision and flow. In our pilates classes you will also have the opportunity to use resistance bands and small weights.
Pilates really is great for everyone, no previous experience is needed and we promise you will feel great at the end.

Hatha yoga flow
A blend of traditional Hatha (static, alignment focused postures with breath) and vinyasa (flow, linking poses with breath), creating a balanced moderately paced practice that links classical poses into gentle sequences , perfect for beginners to intermediates, building strength, flexibility and mindfulness without the intensity of a fast paced vinyasa class.

barre
Barre is a fantastic mix of ballet, Pilates and yoga, perfectly put together to help tone, lengthen and define the muscles. We isolate through the legs, buttocks, arms and core and finish with some lovely stretching. It's a great work out and such good fun.
Thursdays 12.15-13.00
Wind Down Yoga
Unroll your mat, exhale deeply, and let the day melt away.
This gentle evening practice is designed to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and prepare your body and mind for deep rest. Expect a slow flow of mindful movement, longer-held stretches, and grounding breathwork. We’ll focus on relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with stillness.Perfect for all levels including complete beginners—whether you're looking to de-stress, improve sleep, or simply take a moment for yourself. Leave class feeling centred, restored, and ready for a peaceful night.

A beautiful class to find stillness in the body & mind, by holding postures for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) it allows you to reach into depths of your body, working into your connective tissues, ligaments and bones to improve flexibility. Watch your worries drift away, centre your mind and body and leave feeling like a weight has been lifted.
