Beginners Acroyoga

Join Yogalicious Owner and Partner Acrobatics Teacher Eileen Wallace as she leads this 2.5hr workshop perfect for beginners or those new to AcroYoga!

The aim of this workshop is to build confidence, build friendships, learn to safely fly and base others and have lots of fun! You can come with a partner or solo, we will be working in groups and everyone is welcome. You don’t need to be a certain size or level of fitness, have previous experience, just an open heart to try something new. Both Male and Females welcome.

The lovely Ellie Price will also be assisting with this workshop, she’s another huge advocate of AcroYoga and has been practicing for a few years now, we can’t wait to have lots of fun with you all!

Deeply Relaxing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra by Candlelight Sunday Evenings

Spend your Sunday evening truly relaxing and enjoying a gentle, soul-soothing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to help you slow down, disconnect from what no longer serves you and reconnect to your truest self. Give yourself permission to find stillness, detach from busy lives and set some gentle, loving, and positive intentions to move forward.

You will be guided through a restorative yin yoga practice suitable for all levels including those completely new to yoga. The many benefits of Yin Yoga include increased circulation, improved flexibility and reduced levels of stress. In addition, Yin Yoga encourages the cultivation of a calm and focused mind - making it the ideal time to set kind and true intentions. We finish with a wonderful Yoga Nidra to ensure deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique, it promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't easily found in your average meditation practise. The stages of the body scan and breath awareness alone will help to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and promoting better health. 

Our Sunday evening sessions are suitable for anyone seeking to make space and time to breathe deeply, reconnect with their bodies and quieten their mind. Inhaling love and kindness, exhaling gratitude.
