Most classes are based in her local area, Oswestry, and surrounding schools where she teaches yoga to children as young as 3 years old.
Jess focuses on connecting breath to movement, wether it’s a strong flow or gentle class, she believes that being present is the greatest gift in yoga as it allows us to truly take time to connect back with ourselves.
Her Friday wind down class is the perfect release from the working week and a chance to reset ready to take on the weekend. Here you will find a steady, chilled class with the odd challenge for a bit of fun 😊

jaynie

Jaynie has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and completed her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2021 with a school in India. She started to practice to correct her posture focusing mainly on physical benefits but soon started to notice how it was bringing balance to her emotional and mental state, aswel as helping to deepen her spiritual practices too. Whilst she appreciates the structure and discipline of Ashtanga style yoga she also enjoys practicing and teaching a more free flow vinyasa style yoga, focusing on gentle movement and alignment. Making it accessible to anyone who is looking to bring more balance and harmony to their body, mind and life.

Ellie

When Ellie first started yoga she was looking for a practice that made her feel good. She had always been drawn to the idea of yoga but at the time wasn’t doing much exercise and was nervous to take the plunge. Once she did she was hooked! Inspired by the love and support she gained from the yoga community, she wanted to share this with others and decided to complete her 200hr Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training. She loves to flow through asanas and develop strength and flexibility in her classes. Community is at the forefront of her practice and she hopes to encourage others to join her on their mat, wherever they might be in life. Developing a practice that works for them, and makes them happy, whatever that may look like.

Tom

Tom is from London; he has been teaching since 2015 and practicing since 2000. His approach is a practical one; he believes Yoga is a tool for the body and mind. He is fascinated by scientific and academic research into the Yoga Body (meditation; flow of energy); manipulation and control of breath; movement (asana, alignment; rhythm) and sound, particularly vibration and hertz.
In class you will do a basic meditation practice, followed by breathwork, mantra and an easy warm up. This is the foundation for an increasingly challenging asana practice.
In accordance with Yogasana tradition, Tom will always push students to the edge of their ability, with verbal and physical cues, adjustments, and assists.
Tom has a wealth of teaching knowledge from London and we are really excited for him to share this with us during his new Wednesday Evening Yoga Flow practice!
