Perfect if you’re new to Reformer, working with injuries or returning after a break.

This class focuses on learning the foundations - alignment, breath, control and safe spring set-up so you feel confident on the machine. Expect slower-paced sequences, clear guidance and time to build strength gradually.

No extra equipment is used in this class, allowing you to fully understand the reformer itself before progressing.

Reformer Improvers

For those who know the basics and are ready for more of a challenge.

We’ll layer progressions onto foundational exercises, introduce more flow and increase strength and stability work. You’ll begin working with greater control, endurance and coordination.

Expect variety, challenge and intelligent progressions - without losing precision. This class may include additional props and/or jump board.

Reformer Intermediate / Advanced

Dynamic, powerful and technically focused.

Designed for experienced clients who understand alignment and spring changes confidently. Expect layered sequences, stronger resistance, unilateral work and deeper core integration.

This class will challenge your strength, stamina and control. This class may include additional props and/or the use of the jump board.

Not suitable for beginners - must have completed 6-8 previous reformer classes.

Reformer Booty

Glutes on fire - in the best way.

Approximately 80% lower-body focused, this class targets glutes, hamstrings and legs using creative sequences and tempo changes. Expect pulses, holds and powerful spring work designed to build strength and definition.

You’ll walk out feeling strong, perky (and probably slightly wobbly!)

Reformer Core Control

Precision. Stability. Deep strength.

This class includes focused abdominal work, alongside deep core activation and pelvic stability training. Expect controlled, intentional sequencing that builds strength from the inside out.

Reformer Stretch & Flow

Lengthen. Mobilise. Breathe.

A slower, more fluid class blending gentle strength with deep stretches. Designed to improve flexibility, mobility and release tension while still maintaining core engagement.

Perfect if you want something nourishing but still effective.

Reformer 30 (All Levels)

Short. Effective. Focused.

A 30-minute express class suitable for all levels. Expect a well-rounded workout that builds strength and control in a time-efficient format.

Ideal for busy schedules, lunch breaks or adding onto another class.
